<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership, organizational commitment, and employee engagement on employee job satisfaction at Sekolah Immanuel Batu. The research employed a quantitative approach using a survey method involving all 113 employees of Sekolah Immanuel Batu as the respondents through a saturated sampling technique. Data were collected by distributing questionnaires via Google Forms and analyzed using multiple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS software. The results indicate that leadership, organizational commitment, and employee engagement each make a positive and significant contribution to employee job satisfaction. Simultaneously, these three variables also contribute significantly to explaining variations in employee job satisfaction. Among the independent variables, employee engagement provides the greatest contribution to improving employee job satisfaction. These findings suggest that effective leadership, strong organizational commitment, and high employee engagement are essential factors in enhancing employee job satisfaction at Sekolah Immanuel Batu. The findings of this study are expected to provide valuable input for school management in formulating human resource management policies and serve as a reference for future research on job satisfaction in the education sector.]]>
