Abstract

Abstract: This study aimed to know the attitude of consumers at the store image which includes product, service, atmosphere and store promotions distribution outlets Inspired in the city of Malang, Results showed  that positive  attitude of consumers on the image of the product, service, atmosphere and store promotions give a good description of the assessment on the distribution outlets Inspired Malang, whereas consumers of social environment to form a subjective norm in influencing consumers to visit distribution outlets Inspired in Malang is positive too, so that can concluded that the attitude of consumers and subjective norm together determine the intent of consumer behavior positively to the distribution outlets Inspired Malang. Abstract

PT. Liku Telaga is a chemical industry with products as general chemicals with a fairly high level of competition from within the country and abroad. This competition requires good efficiency in order to produce products at competitive prices. In addition to the efficient use of technology, existing human resources also determine the level of efficiency that will be generated.  This research is a case study conducted at PT. Liku Telaga to employees with Manager, Supervisor, Foreman and Staff level using a quantitative approach. The study population was all employees at the level of Manager, Supervisor, Officer, Staff, and Foreman at PT. Liku Telaga with a total sample of 80 respondents selected using census techniques. The data obtained were analyzed using descriptive analysis and Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis. From the results of research conducted in June - July 2019 showed that (1) Job satisfaction has a negative and significant effect on the desire to move employees at PT. Liku Telaga Gresik, (2) The practice of human resources has a negative and significant effect on the desire to move employees to work at PT. Liku Telaga Gresik, (3) The labor market has a positive and not significant effect on the desire to move employees at PT Liku Telaga Gresik

Abstract

This research aims to examine the independence habituation for students with autism in learning management at SMK (vocational high school) Tunas Bangsa, Malang. It covers the planning, implementation, and evaluation of the independence habituation in the learning process for students with autism. Besides, it studies the problems and solutions made during the application of the learning program. It is qualitative research with autistic students of grade XII as the subject. The informants of this research involved the headmaster; normative, adaptive, and productive teachers; the advisor of exceptional teachers; parents; and psychologists. The data collection methods include observation, interview, and documentation. The results of the study cover the planning, outcome, and learning implementation through the independence habituation of students with autism at SMK Tunas Bangsa, Malang. The learning independence appears from the development of the students’ independence. The problems found during the independence habituation process on the learning process are solved through some solutions applied by all of the educational elements of the comprehensive learning management at SMK Tunas Bangsa, Malang.

Abstract

The woman had double responsibility toward her family, on one side as a mother and the other side they had a productive job to help their family’s economic wealth. This study aimed to describe woman worker in the food home industry in Malang City to view their meaning of woman’s independence in economic behavior. This research used a study case approach with a data collecting method that uses an in-depth interview technique and qualitative analysis model. The study resulted that women workers in their meaning of woman’s independence are: 1) working and provide positive benefits for her and family, 2) support the household economy so hopefully it can improve the family quality of life better, 3) woman’s position in decision making inside the family is determined by their economic contribution in the family, and 4) opportunity to participate in community social activities The economic behavior of women workers in their everyday life, in general, can support their families’ economic well-being. This research could give a contribution in the context of informal education in a family environment, especially instill awareness and understanding as well as realize it in life through attitude, action, and behavior of family members.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas produk, harga dan pelayanan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan Geprek Kak Rose Malang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah desain eksplanatori dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Jumlah sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 100 responden yang merupakan pelanggan Geprek Kak Rose Malang. Metode penelitian menggunakan teknik sampling purposive, analisis data menggunakan statistik deskriptif dan analisis regresi linear berganda. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas produk, harga dan pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Kata Kunci : Kualitas Produk, Harga, Pelayanan, Kepuasan Pelanggan

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out and analyze; 1) the influence of product quality on home buying decisions, 2) the effect of price on home buying decisions, 3) the effect of promotion on home buying decisions, 4) the effect of housing location on home buying decisions, and 5) the influence of product quality, price, promotion, and housing location simultaneously on home buying decisions. This type of research is explanatory research with a survey approach. This research was conducted on people who bought a house in the Patraland Place Housing Area, Malang City. The sample in this study amounted to 122 respondents with purposive sampling technique. The results showed 1) there was an insignificant effect of product quality on home buying decisions, 2) there was a significant effect of price on home buying decisions, 3) there was a significant effect of promotion on home buying decisions, 4) there was a significant influence of housing location on home buying decisions. , and 4) there is a significant effect of product quality, price, promotion, and housing location simultaneously on home buying decisions.Keywords: Product quality, price, promotion, housing location, buying decision

Abstract

Pencapaian suatu perusahaan erat kaitannya dengan produktivitas tenaga kerja yang ada disana, termasuk juga PT.Djarum yang memproduksi sigaret kretek tangan (SKT). Dalam pembuatannya SKT dibuat oleh pekerja borongan wanita yang menggunakan tenaga manual dan hasilnya fluktuatif. Maka dari itu, perlu dilakukan penelitian yang bertujan untuk mengetahui pengaruh faktor masa kerja, upah dan usia yang berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas tenaga kerja di SKT Gebog, PT Djarum Kudus. Dalam penelitian ini dilakukan analisa kuantitatif dan uji regresi liniear berganda yang menggunakan populasi buruh borongan linting rokok di SKT Gebog,PT Djarum dengan jumlah sebanyak 65 responden. Dimana pengambilan sample dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode random sampling. Penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan oleh faktor masa kerja, upah dan usia terhadap produktivitas tenaga kerja buruh linting rokok di SKT Gebog, PT Djarum Kudus. Akan tetapi, untuk variabel usia memiliki kecenderungan yang negatif terhadap produktivitas tenaga kerja yang berarti bahwa terdapat penurunan produktivitas tenaga kerja seiring dengan penambahan usia dari buruh linting rokok di SKT Gebog, PT.Djarum Kudus. Sedangkan untuk variabel masa kerja dan upah memiliki kecenderungan yang positif terhadap produktivitas kerja yang berarti bahwa terdapat peningkatan produktivitas tenaga kerja seiring dengan bertambahnya masa kerja dan upah seorang buruh linting rokok di SKT Gebog, PT.Djarum Kudus.

Abstract

Wearnes is an out-of-school educational institution that provides computer, business and sales marketing materials with the aim of providing students with the skills to become entrepreneurs. However, the development and discovery of new ideas for entrepreneurship in educational institutions is still not optimal because the number of meetings on sales marketing material is relatively short, resulting in a lack of implementation of business/business concepts into business practices. For this reason, it is necessary to provide training to foster enthusiasm, new ideas and entrepreneurial creativity. This training also provides a way of calculating break even point analysis of the business plan that will be implemented, especially how to determine the selling price of its business products. The importance of providing this training is to contribute to students who are the younger generation with great potential to start new businesses and develop them in the future so that they have a large multiplier effect in creating new jobs.

Abstract

Customer satisfaction is very important for the sustainability of a company. Whether or not consumers are satisfied with a company has an impact on the company. Likewise, the Business Wisdom Institute (BWI), which is a service provider company engaged in training, needs to maintain customer satisfaction in order to maintain the continuity of the company. This study aims to determine the effect of customer experience, service quality, and brand image on the satisfaction of the Business Wisdom Institute training participants. This type of research uses a quantitative approach and the method of analysis is multiple linear regression analysis. The subjects in this study were the participants of the Business Wisdom Institute training as many as 100 respondents and using a purposive sampling technique. The results of this study indicate that customer experience and brand image have a significant effect on the satisfaction of Business Wisdom Institute training participants, whereas service quality has no significant effect on the satisfaction of Business Wisdom Institute training participants.
