<![CDATA[This study was motivated by the risk of overselling and inventory data inaccuracies at Bengawan Komputer due to manual stock recording using Microsoft Excel across physical stores and Shopee. This study aims to design and develop a Laravel-based E-catalog website integrated with the Shopee Open Platform API to implement automatic and real-time stock management synchronization as a centralized inventory system based on the Single Source of Truth concept. Research data were collected through literature review, observation, interviews, and questionnaires, while system development employed the Waterfall model with UML as the modeling tool. The resulting website provides Dashboard, Product Management, Shopee integration, sales reports, Inbox, and Settings features. Black Box Testing showed that all eight main functions operated successfully, achieving a 100% success rate. Evaluation using the System Usability Scale (SUS) involving 30 respondents produced a score of 75.58, classified as Grade B and Acceptable. The API integration enables product, stock, and Shopee transaction data to be managed within a single system, supporting more efficient operational monitoring. The developed system supports more integrated multichannel inventory management and reduces the risk of stock discrepancies.]]>
