Abstract

Abstract—Corona Virus is currently spreading very rapidly in many parts of Indonesia, including Central Java Province. According to the current data of corona database in Central Java, today on 17th of August 2021, the number of confirmed cases is; Confirmed in Treatment (Active Cases): 16.344, Confirmed Recovered: 408.697, and Confirmed Dead: 29.148. Therefore, the total number of cases is 454.189, obtained from the sum of the number of being treated, recovered, and dead. Corona Virus is a collection of viruses that can infect the respiratory system, generally mild, such as common cold, although, some forms of diseases like; SARS, MERS, and COVID-19 are more deadly. In anticipating this case, the government has created some policies which include; limiting activities outside the house, having school activities done from home, working from home, and even having religious activities done from home too. The purpose of this study was to predict the possible rate of new cases in one of Central Java areas with confirmed cases of corona virus. Thus, it can be used as information material for the public to anticipate early. The research method applied in this research is problem analysis and literature study, data collection and implementation. The application of the K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN) method is expected to be able to predict the level of spread of COVID-19 in Central Java. The results of the research on testing the prediction system for the new cases level were tested in the Sragen area. Testing is carried out by taking samples for new cases, namely Kudu Regency/City, Confirmed: 17,599, Treated: 89, Recovered: 18,303, Died: 1,721, Suspected: 87 and Discarded Suspected: 1,711. After doing the prediction with K-NN algorithm, it showed the Condition: High.

Abstract

Abstract—During the Covid-19 pandemic, all learning activities were carried out online. Many learning media and software are used in online learning. One of them is the Open Source Operating System which is currently widely used in online learning systems. This makes the operating system much attention by the world of education, researchers, government organizations, individuals, even large software companies such as Google and others who are very interested in developing Open Source software, especially the Linux Operating System. This makes the authors interested in knowing how to develop an operating system based on open source software in online learning systems and disseminate the use of open source software to the public.

Abstract

LPPM UTP Surakarta is an institution in charge of planning, coordinating, monitoring, and conducting assessments in research activities and lecturer service in the campus environment. However, at this time, both delivery and administrative management are still conventional by sending proposal files by coming to the institution. Notification of the status of proposal submissions being accepted for funding or not is still being informed to the faculty of each study program, where sometimes the information does not reach the proposer directly. So to summarize the activities of submitting and managing proposals, of course, requires a system that involves technology. The web-based LPPM research and community service management information system is one solution that can be used to help manage research and community service with university funding sources. Currently, the management of activity funds sourced from universities refers to the provisions set by universities and the process of managing this proposal selection does not yet use an information system that is easily accessible by related parties. It is necessary to develop a systematic and transparent system, one solution is to use a research and service management information system. The design of the information system uses a web-based prototyping approach, where this method has a clear picture before the system enters the development process, it is illustrated with an interface display so that the functionality meets the criteria and is quickly understood by the user. Features in this system include login access rights, submission process, proposal management, and review information so that the proposal submission status process can be monitored through the system in real-time. The results of system testing with black box testing carried out by 3 LPPM UTP managers and 2 system developers resulted in a 100% functionality value indicating the results were as expected.

Abstract

Para petani masih sering mengalami kendala pada proses pemeliharaan tanaman cabai, petani masih sering menemui kendala penyakit sehingga sangat merugikan petani karena hasil panen yang tidak maksimal. Kurangnya pengetahuan petani cabai terhadap penyakit cabai dan cara penanggulangannya masih menjadi permasalahan dalam proses pemeliharaan tanaman cabai. Perancangan interface sistem pakar diagnosa penyakit tanaman cabai ini menggunakan metode alur maju (forward chaining) sebagai representasi pengetahuan permasalan. Sistem pakar tanaman cabai menggunakan metode Extreme Programing (XP) yang telah disesuaikan pada penyakit tanaman cabai dengan jumlah 15 gejala, 5 penyakit, dan 5 solusi. Sistem Pakar tanaman cabai ini dibuat dengan bahasa pemrograman PHP (Hypertext Prepocessor) dan berbasis web sehingga dapat di jalankan pada browser apapun tanpa harus menginstall aplikasinya. Adapun kesimpulan yang diperoleh yaitu aplikasi system pakar ini dapat memudahkan petani cabai agar dapat memahami bagaimana cara mendiagnosa dan penanganan penyakit pada saat menanam tanaman cabai.

Abstract

The learning process at the Merdeka Campus is one manifestation of student-centered learning which is very essential. Learning on the Independent Campus provides challenges and opportunities for developing innovation, creativity, capacity, personality and student needs, as well as developing independence in seeking and finding knowledge through the realities and dynamics of the field such as ability requirements, real problems, social interaction, collaboration, self-management, performance demands, targets and achievements. Through a well-designed and implemented independent learning program, students' hard and soft skills will be strongly formed.In the series of introductions to new students, the MBKM team was asked to be a resource for introducing MBKM to new students. The aim of this activity is to provide knowledge to new students regarding MBKM. There are several benefits that students can get by participating in MBKM activities, one of which is additional competency skills outside campus, learning experiences outside campus and recognition of a maximum of 20 credits for MBKM activities so that they can speed up graduation. Students and students have the skills desired by industry.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya tingkat pengenalan dan daya saing lurik khas Kecamatan Cawas akibat keterbatasan efisiensi proses produksi, belum adanya identitas visual yang kuat, serta minimnya pemanfaatan teknologi digital dalam pemasaran. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah meningkatkan nilai tambah dan daya saing tunik lokal melalui pendampingan terpadu yang mengintegrasikan keilmuan Teknik Industri, Desain Komunikasi Visual, dan Informatika. Metode yang digunakan meliputi pemetaan proses produksi dan perbaikan alur kerja pengrajin, perancangan identitas visual produk (logo, kemasan, dan materi promosi), serta pengembangan dan pelatihan penggunaan media pemasaran digital berbasis web dan media sosial. Pendampingan dilakukan secara partisipatif melalui pelatihan, praktik langsung, dan evaluasi berkala bersama mitra pengrajin. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan efisiensi proses produksi, terbentuknya identitas visual lunik khas Kecamatan Tawas yang konsisten dan mudah dikenali, serta meningkatnya jangkauan pemasaran dan minat konsumen melalui kanal digital, sehingga berkontribusi pada penguatan ekonomi kreatif dan keberlanjutan usaha pengrajin lokal.

Abstract

Universitas Sahid Surakarta adalah salah satu institusi pendidikan tinggi swasta yang telah memberikan kontribusi dalam dunia pendidikan Indonesia. Sebagai perguruan tinggi swasta, Universitas Sahid Surakarta telah menunjukkan komitmen kuat dalam memberikan pendidikan yang berkualitas, didukung oleh dosen-dosen yang kompeten, infrastruktur, serta kurikulum yang relevan dengan kebutuhan industri dan masyarakat. Dengan reputasinya yang baik, Universitas Sahid Surakarta telah menjadi tujuan banyak siswa yang berkeinginan untuk mendapatkan pendidikan terbaik. Dalam prosesnya, Universitas menghasilkan volume dokumen yang sangat besar, yang mencakup dokumen akademik, administratif, penelitian, dan lainnya.Dokumen universitas, dalam konteks, merujuk pada seluruh informasi yang dihasilkan, dikelola, dan disimpan oleh Universitas sebagai bagian dari operasionalnya. Pengelolaan data ini sangat penting, tidak hanya untuk memastikan efisiensi operasional tetapi juga untuk memastikan integritas, akurasi, dan keamanan data. Dengan meningkatnya jumlah dokumen yang semakin meningkat maka perlu adanya sistem repositori dokumen yang dapat mengelola berbagai macam dokumen yang dimiliki oleh Universitas Sahid Surakarta. Proses pengembangan sistem repository menggunakan pendekatan SDLC, yang merupakan siklus hidup pengembangan sistem yang meliputi beberapa langkah penting dalam membangun perangkat lunak dari perspektif pengembangan. Model pengembangan yang digunakan adalah model waterfall. Model waterfall SDLC menyediakan pendekatan siklus hidup perangkat lunak langkah demi langkah secara berurutan dari fase analisis, pengumpulan data, pengkodean sistem, pengujian, dan penyebaran. Skema model SDLC waterfall. Pengujian sistem pada tugas akhir ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan menggunakan instrumen kuesioner dengan scala linkert. Dari hasil kuesioner didapatkan hasil dari Uji Reabilitas Kepuasan Pelanggan, Uji Reabilitas Minat Pengguna, Uji Reabilitas Kualitas Informasi, Uji Reabilitas Kualitas Sistem Informasi, mempunyai rata rata hasil yaitu 0.89275, ini dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa aplikasi system repository reliable / konsisten.

Abstract

Nilai akademik merupakan indikator penting dalam menilai keberhasilan proses pembelajaran di perguruan tinggi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pola perubahan nilai mahasiswa dengan memanfaatkan metode klasifikasi berbasis Naive Bayes dan Decision Tree. Permasalahan utama yang diangkat adalah bagaimana kedua algoritma tersebut dapat digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi kecenderungan perubahan nilai mahasiswa berdasarkan jalur ajuan perbaikan nilai, baik melalui program studi maupun dosen pengampu. Data penelitian berupa riwayat nilai mahasiswa dari tahun 2023 hingga 2025, mencakup catatan nilai KHS, nilai baru, serta jalur ajuan perbaikan nilai. Tahapan penelitian meliputi pra-pemrosesan data (normalisasi, pembersihan, dan pembagian data training–testing), pembangunan model klasifikasi, optimasi hyperparameter, serta evaluasi menggunakan metrik akurasi, presisi, recall, F1-score, dan confusion matrix. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa kedua metode memiliki tingkat akurasi yang sangat baik, dengan nilai akurasi mencapai 97% untuk Naive Bayes dan 98% untuk Decision Tree. Model Decision Tree unggul dalam memberikan visualisasi pola perubahan nilai, khususnya pada jalur program studi yang menunjukkan konsistensi tinggi dengan precision dan recall sebesar 0,98–0,99. Sementara itu, Naive Bayes lebih efisien dalam proses komputasi dan tetap menunjukkan performa stabil dengan precision dan recall di atas 0,90 pada jalur dosen pengampu. Namun, kelas klaim nilai ke transkrip dan hapus nilai tidak muncul dalam hasil evaluasi, yang mengindikasikan adanya ketidakseimbangan data (class imbalance). Temuan penelitian ini menegaskan perlunya pengayaan data serta penerapan teknik penyeimbangan agar model dapat menggeneralisasi seluruh jenis perubahan nilai secara optimal. Secara praktis, hasil penelitian diharapkan dapat menjadi dasar bagi institusi pendidikan dalam merancang strategi pembelajaran yang lebih adaptif, meningkatkan transparansi dalam pengelolaan akademik, serta memperkuat sistem evaluasi berbasis data.
