<![CDATA[Some teachers still have a limited understanding of pedagogy and the management of gestures or body language in the learning process. In addition, the availability of learning media that support the mastery of gestures interestingly and effectively remains very limited, resulting in less-than-optimal delivery of material to students. This study aims to analyze the design, validity, and effectiveness of the charming gesture video media used in the learning process for elementary school teachers. This research is a development research with the ADDIE design (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). The subjects of this research trial were material/content experts, design experts, and media experts, as well as 9 elementary school teachers. The data collection methods used were questionnaires and observations. The data analysis techniques used were quantitative descriptive analysis, qualitative descriptive analysis, and inferential statistical analysis (t-test). The research by the design experts yielded 92.5%, qualifying as very good. Meanwhile, in terms of content, design, media, and individual trials, small-group trials received a very good rating. Then, the t-test results indicate that it is used effectively in the learning process. This study concludes that the charming gesture video media is effective as a reference or source of knowledge for teachers in the use of charming gestures or body language in learning. This study suggests that charming gesture video media serves as an effective reference for teachers to improve gesture skills in learning.]]>
