<![CDATA[Monitoring land certificate applications in Indonesia is generally still conducted manually, requiring applicants to visit the land office in person to check the status of their requests. This situation causes inefficiencies, long queues, and limited transparency in land administrative services, including at the Medan City Land Office. This community service activity aims to design and implement a web-based monitoring system that enables applicants to track their land certificate application status in real-time. The system was developed using the waterfall method, which encompasses requirements analysis, system design using Unified Modeling Language (UML), implementation using PHP and MySQL, testing, and maintenance. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and literature reviews at the Medan City Land Office. Designed for two user roles—applicants and administrators—the system provides features for status checking, applicant data management, and certificate data management. The results indicate that the implemented system allows applicants to independently check their application status via a public web page without visiting the office, while administrators can seamlessly manage applicant data through a dashboard.
