This journal discusses the design of a web-based information system for managing teacher data at the Education and Culture Office of Central Aceh Regency, developed based on a field practice activity in the Teacher and Education Personnel (GTK) Division. Teacher data for kindergarten, elementary, and junior high school levels had been managed manually using separate Microsoft Excel files for each school, causing duplicate records, input errors, and slow searching, filtering, and reporting. The activity used direct observation of the existing data workflow, hands-on data entry and updating using Excel, and system design through use case diagrams and flowcharts, followed by implementation with MySQL, XAMPP, and Visual Studio Code. The resulting system provides login, dashboard, add, edit, delete, search, and filter features supported by a centralized database. The system is expected to reduce recording errors and accelerate teacher-data search, updating, and reporting processes for the GTK Division.
