<![CDATA[Corn is one of the leading agricultural commodities in Rawa Bangun Village, Rengat District, Indragiri Hulu Regency. However, the utilization of harvested corn is still limited to being sold as fresh produce, resulting in suboptimal economic value. This community service program aimed to improve the knowledge and skills of members of the Family Welfare Empowerment (PKK) organization in processing corn into corn nuggets as a value-added food product, while also providing education on product packaging and simple marketing strategies. The activity was conducted on July 8, 2026, at the Rawa Bangun Village Hall and involved 20 participants consisting of PKK members and village officials. The implementation methods included educational counseling, a hands-on demonstration of corn nugget production, presentations on product packaging and marketing, and interactive discussions. The evaluation was carried out through observations of participants' engagement and responses throughout the activity. The results indicated that the participants enthusiastically attended the training and gained a better understanding of corn product diversification. Several participants expressed their intention to prepare corn nuggets as an alternative food for their families, while others were interested in developing the product as a home-based business. This activity demonstrates that corn processing training has the potential to increase the added value of local agricultural commodities through community empowerment.]]>
