Clean and Healthy Living Behavior (PHBS) to be introduced from elementary school age to develop healthy and hygienic habits in daily life. This activity aimed to improve students' knowledge through interactive education at SDN 3 Kalirancang. The activity was conducted on August 1, 2026. A pre-experimental design with a one-group design was used. The activities included a material delivery, discussion, demonstration and practice of proper handwashing with soap, followed by a Data were analyzed descriptively by comparing the mean and scores. A total of 68 students participated in the activity. The result showed that the mean knowledge score increased from 98.8 to 99.6, representing an increase of 5.1 points (6.1%). The proportion of students with a high level of knowledge increased from 88.2% to 100%. These results indicate that interactive education accompanied by hands-on practice can improve students knowledge of PHBS. The active participation of students during discussions and practical sessions contributed to the success of the activity, as the material was not merely received theoretically but also applied directly.
