<![CDATA[This Community Service Program (PKM) aims to enhance community knowledge and skills in utilizing sawdust waste as an additive in the production of environmentally friendly lightweight bricks. Sawdust, which has not been optimally utilized, poses a potential environmental pollution risk; therefore, innovative, economically viable, and sustainable utilization methods are required. The implementation of the program consisted of socialization activities, instructional sessions, demonstrations of lightweight brick production, hands-on practice by participants, and evaluation through observation and discussion. The lightweight bricks were produced by incorporating sawdust as a partial substitute for aggregate or as a filler material, resulting in a lighter product with added environmental benefits. The results of the program demonstrated a significant improvement in participants' understanding and practical skills in producing lightweight bricks using sawdust waste. Participants were able to independently perform material mixing, molding, and curing processes. In addition to providing a productive alternative for waste management, the training created opportunities for developing environmentally friendly building material enterprises that could contribute to improving the community's economic well-being. Overall, the Community Service Program successfully facilitated the transfer of practical knowledge and appropriate technology, supporting waste reduction, environmental conservation, and community economic empowerment through the utilization of sawdust waste.]]>
