Asuhan Keperawatan Pada Ny. N Dengan Dengue Haemoragic Fever (DHF) Di Ruangan Muzdalifah Rumah Sakit Aisyiyah Pariaman Tahun 2025

Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) is a disease transmitted by the *Aedes aegypti* mosquito, characterized by high fever  in patients. The World Health Organization (WHO) has reported a global total of 2,997,097 cases and 1,302 deaths. In 2024, there were 180 cases of DHF at Aisyiyah Pariaman Hospital. The objective of this study was to enable the author to provide direct nursing care to a DHF patient. The study was conducted in the Muzdhalifah Ward of Aisyiyah Pariaman Hospital from May 20 to May 24, 2025. A case study design was employed, encompassing nursing assessment, diagnosis, intervention, implementation, evaluation, and documentation. The subject of the study was Mrs. N, who was suffering from DHF; following assessment, the identified nursing diagnoses were hyperthermia, hypovolemia, and risk for nutritional deficit. Over the four-day period of implementation and evaluation, the diagnoses of hyperthermia, , and risk for nutritional deficit were all resolved. It is hoped that the patient and her family will understand home care requirements and practice prevention—specifically by maintaining environmental cleanliness to avoid DHF.
