<![CDATA[This study aims to examine the influence of workload and work targets on the quality of employee performance at PT. Shopee Indonesia. The independent variables in this study are workload and work targets, while the dependent variable is the quality of employee performance. This research employed a quantitative method with a descriptive causal-associative approach. Data were collected by distributing questionnaires to employees of PT. Shopee Indonesia. The collected data were analyzed using several statistical tests, including the validity test, reliability test, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, F-test, and coefficient of determination (R²). The results of the multiple linear regression analysis produced the following equation: Y = 4.941 + 0.389(X₁) + 0.406(X₂), where X₁ represents workload and X₂ represents work targets. Based on the t-test results, workload has a significant effect on employee performance (t = 0.001; p = 0.005), indicating that a reduction in workload can improve employee performance. Likewise, work targets also have a significant effect on employee performance (t = 0.086; p < 0.001 suggesting that appropriate work targets that do not place excessive pressure on employees can enhance the quality of employee performance. Furthermore, the simultaneous F-test (F = 24.676; p = 0.000) indicates that workload and work targets jointly have a significant effect on the quality of employee performance.]]>
