<![CDATA[Alas Veenuz Trawas is a nature-based tourist destination in Trawas, Mojokerto, East Java, where visitor numbers rise and fall with the season. This seasonal pattern brings a recognizable strain on employees: service becomes inconsistent, complaints take longer to resolve, and fatigue grows visible among staff signs suggesting that performance here cannot be explained by operational standards alone, but is also shaped by psychological and behavioral conditions. This study set out to examine three such conditions emotional intelligence, workload, and work discipline and their combined effect on how employees perform. All 80 employees at the site were surveyed using a Likert-format questionnaire, following an explanatory, cross-sectional design; multiple linear regression was applied to analyze the collected data in SPSS 26, after the instrument passed checks for validity and reliability and the regression model cleared each classical assumption test. Two of the three predictors, emotional intelligence and work discipline, were found to raise performance significantly, while workload pulled it down just as significantly. Combined, the three variables accounted for 71.1% of the variance in performance outcomes. The implication is straightforward: sustaining service quality in a seasonal, nature-based tourism business depends on keeping workload in check while continuing to build emotional skills and discipline among staff.]]>
