<![CDATA[This community service activity aims to carry out data analysis of physical condition tests and measurements of athletes based on sport science at sports clubs in Cianjur Regency and surrounding areas. The sport science approach is used as a scientific basis for comprehensive measurement and evaluation of athletes' physical capacity. The implementation methods include: (1) socialization and education of sport science to coaches and athletes; (2) implementation of standardized series of physical condition tests; (3) data analysis using statistical software and sport science software; and (4) compilation of individual athlete physical condition profiles. The activity involved 337 athletes from 37 different sports with an age range of 15–50 years. The analysis results show that the average VO2max score of endurance athletes is in the good category (52.3 ml/kg/minute), the explosive strength of game sport athletes still needs improvement (standing broad jump 185.4 cm), and the flexibility of all athletes is in the sufficient category. This community service program succeeded in increasing coaches' understanding of sport science data interpretation by 78% and building a sustainable athlete physical condition data recording system.
