<![CDATA[The rapid development of digital technology has transformed the concept of state legal sovereignty, which was traditionally understood as absolute and territorially bound. The emergence of global digital platforms with the capacity to establish and enforce their own rules, combined with cross-border digital activities, has created complex legal challenges that extend beyond national jurisdictions. This study aims to analyze the transformation of legal sovereignty in the digital era by examining the relationship between the state, global digital platforms, and international law in governing cyberspace. The research employs a normative legal method using statutory, conceptual, and comparative approaches. Legal materials were collected through library research, including legislation, legal doctrines, books, and scholarly articles, and were analyzed qualitatively using legal interpretation and prescriptive legal reasoning. The findings indicate that legal sovereignty has shifted from an exclusive territorial concept toward a collaborative governance model involving states, digital platforms, and international legal regimes. Although digital platforms increasingly exercise regulatory functions through terms of service, algorithms, and content moderation, the state remains the primary legal authority responsible for ensuring legal certainty, protecting fundamental rights, and safeguarding the public interest. The study highlights the importance of harmonizing national regulations with international legal frameworks and strengthening the accountability of digital platforms to establish an effective and adaptive system of digital governance.]]>
