Public health remains a major concern, particularly due to the low level of community understanding regarding proper drug management and the importance of healthy lifestyle behaviors. Therefore, this community service program aimed to enhance community awareness and participation through DAGUSIBU education, group exercise, and health screening activities in Lampenai Village, East Luwu Regency. The methods included educational sessions on proper drug management (obtain, use, store, and dispose of medicines correctly), implementation of group exercise activities, and health screening consisting of blood pressure and blood glucose measurements accompanied by basic health consultations. The results indicated an improvement in community knowledge regarding drug management, increased awareness of the importance of healthy living behaviors, and high participation in health screening activities. In addition, this program provided contextual learning experiences for students in applying health knowledge and social skills within the community. In conclusion, this activity contributed positively to community empowerment and promoted the development of sustainable healthy lifestyle behaviors.
