This study addresses the limited use of digital technology in small and medium enterprises (SMEs), particularly in Batik Widji Kendal, which still relies on manual transaction recording and reporting processes. These limitations lead to inefficiencies, data inaccuracies, and difficulties in monitoring business performance. To overcome this problem, this research aims to develop a web-based Point of Sale (POS) information system to support the digitalization of business operations. The system was developed using a structured approach involving needs analysis, system design, implementation, and evaluation stages. Data were collected through observation and interviews with business owners and employees to ensure the system aligns with user requirements. The developed system includes features such as transaction processing, inventory management, and sales reporting. The results indicate that the implementation of the web-based POS system improves transaction efficiency, enhances data accuracy, and provides real-time access to sales information. Users also reported increased ease in managing daily operations. In conclusion, the developed system effectively supports the digital transformation of SMEs and contributes to improving operational performance in Batik Widji Kendal
