Globalization and the rapid flow of information have led to a decline in nationalist values among the younger generation. A 2024 Overseas Hallyu Survey revealed that 86.3% of Indonesians are interested in South Korean culture. Meanwhile, a 2024 Ministry of Home Affairs report indicated that 24% of the public could not recite Pancasila from memory, 53% did not know the lyrics to the national anthem Indonesia Raya, and 61% of young people showed little concern for national issues. These conditions highlight the importance of strengthening nationalism through non-formal education based on experiential learning, which facilitates the contextual internalization of values to shape civic dispositions. This study aims to analyze how the "On-the-Spot National Heritage Trail" Napak Tilas Kebangsaan educational tourism program implements the internalization of nationalist values. A qualitative case study approach was used, involving nine participants—program organizers, guides, and participants. Data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and document analysis, then processed using the Miles and Huberman model, with triangulation used to verify data validity. The results demonstrate that the program effectively internalizes nationalist values through the stages of experiential learning: concrete experience, reflective observation, abstract conceptualization, and active experimentation. This process strengthens tolerance, fosters pride in diversity, and enhances appreciation for the contributions of national heroes, thereby reinforcing national character through non-formal education.
