School administration personnel as "supplements and complement" in the quality of education services,administrative activities and other support activities have a significant effect on the learning service activities.The purpose of this research is to gain information about the position, and the program development of SchoolAdministration Staff (education and training) at every level in UPI Laboratory School and those who areresponsible for the development of School Administration Staff. The research method used is qualitative with theresearch subject of all administrative staff of school at UPI laboratory school. The result in establishing the TASprofession in UPI related to the clarity of the status of manpower and comprehensively correlated with the statusof school administrative staff at every level of education in the laboratory school. The description of the careerladder of the school administrative staff in the laboratory school is not yet apparent. Built a school administrationprofession is not only an obligation of the administrative staff itself but rather the full support of the school andgovernment.

Academics tend to not pay adequate attention to the student’s civic community, especially around its contribution to the formation of good citizens. Meanwhile, the era continues to evolve and civic student’s civic continues to change by aiming to emphasise its function as a forum for coaching students to acquire or add skills outside the classroom. This research focused on social protests in digital political communication through civic community among students. The method used in this research was qualitative phenomenology. The findings in this study indicated that social protest in digital political communication through the civic community among student has various schemes. Social media, a medium of political communication expression, has a role in providing a place to be active as an individual.

This research is motivated by the increasing frequency and variety of violence on television. The show was consumed by many people, including junior high school students. The problem that arises is that many junior high school students are watching. The purpose of this study is to describe the shows of violence on television and bullying behavior among students in schools, and analyze the relationship of television violence to students' bullying behavior in schools. The research subjects were students of Majalengka 6 Middle School. Based on the hypothesis and the type of data used, testing will use a nonparametric statistical test. The reason for using this statistical test is because the data taken is in the form of nominal and ordinal data. The analysis uses the Spearman rank correlation test. The results of the study show that the description of violent shows on television, bullying behavior is included in the low category. There is a significant relationship between the display of violence on television and the bullying behavior of students at school.Â

The purpose of this literature study is to find out whether creative thinking ability can be influenced by the Project Based Learning (PjBL) model, given that this model is one of the leading models in increasing creative thinking abilities. This model can also encourage the ability of students to solve problems, ideas and new products. In everyday life, a person cannot be separated from the activities of thinking. One of the activities of thinking needed in life is creative thinking. The development of the ability to think creatively can be done through school education, which is one of them in the process of learning and learning. The method used is a literature study method of several references that discuss the effect of this model on students' creative thinking abilities, the results of the literature study found that the Project Based Learning (PjBL) model has an influence on increasing the ability to think creatively in various subjects and various Elementary school, Junior and Senior High school

Life on earth is very diverse as humans, animals, plants components that exist in both land, water and air. Everything on this earth is interconnected. Humans will not be able to live without water. Likewise, if there is no land to function as a place to gather water, water will not be created on this earth. Life on earth should be safe and prosperous so that the creation of ecologically intelligent human life, attention to the place where people live socially and preserve nature. But in reality there are still humans who do not have ecological intelligence such as not yet preserving nature so that in the river there is still a lot of plastic garbage piled up, water, polluted air are all caused by human behavior itself. Elementary school students as a foundation to save the earth from various threats, therefore primary school learning must be effective which results in the creation of students who have ecological intelligence. but in reality there are still students who make rubbish randomly, use excessive plastic, preferring to buy bottled drinks rather than carrying them from home. With this problem learning must be able to have an efficient strategy. Problem Based Instruction learning related to the environment is considered to be able to change people who have ecological intelligence so that they are aware of the threat of the earth

Contextual learning presents new concepts in real life experiences and situations where students can find meaningful relationships between abstract ideas and practical applications. This study aims to determine students' creative thinking skills through contextualbased learning in fourth grade students of elementary schools. The design of this study uses the basic pattern of Pre test and Post test one Control Group with quasi-experimental type. The sample of this study was 40 students. The data collected is the ability of students 'creative thinking using Annova SPSS 23. The results of the hypothesis test of this study prove that contextual ability-based learning abilities of students' creative thinking are better than conventional learning. This is proven by the average score of students' creative thinking abilities in the experimental class being higher than conventional classes

The ability to think critically, problem to solve, communication and colaboration is a part of HOTS (High Order Thinking Skills) that students really need to possess as a preparation for facing global challenges. This study aims to determine differences in students' critical thinking skills in the experimental class that uses problem based learning and control class that use conventional approach. The research method used was a quasi-experimental design with nonequivalent control-group design. The research subjects are 40 students in class V of SDN 2 Kenanga. The experimental class of 20 students and the control class of 20 students. The instrument used was a test of critical thinking skills. Data processing techniques using the SPSS 23 software program. The results showed that there were differences in students' critical thinking abilities, the average critical thinking score of the experimental class students using problem based learning was higher than the control class with conventional approaches. So it can be concluded that social studies learning with problem based learning can improve students' critical thinking skills

Motivation to learn is one of the attitudes that students must have in the learning process, especially in Civics learning during the COVID-19 pandemic. Lack of motivation to learn in Civics learning during the COVID-19 pandemic was one of the problems during the learning process. Therefore, motivation is needed as a motivating factor for students so that learning is more effective. One of the learning innovations that are suitable for motivating learning during the COVID-19 pandemic and creating an interactive learning process is by using quizizz media. Media quizizz allows students to be actively involved because learning is more fun and challenges students so that it can generate motivation to learn. Through quizizz media, students can improve competence, and teachers can pack learning creatively. The purpose of writing this article is to describe the role of media quizizz in Civics learning towards elementary school student learning motivation. The method used in this research is a literature study that produces a description that media quizzes can arouse student motivation, especially in learning Civics in elementary schools.

As part of the nation’s cultural wealth, local culture needs to be bequeathed to the younger generation through integration in school learning activities. Siri’ na pacce is a philosophy of the Bugis- Makassar tribe, one of Indonesia’s major tribes. Siri’ na pacce is local wisdom that contains noble values, like sipakatau, reso, and pacce. The manifestation of sipakatau is respect for others. The embodiment of reso is the seriousness of doing something to achieve Allah’s grace, God of the universe. Meanwhile, the expression of pacce is caring for each other and the environment. The noble values can be integrated into elementary school learning through exemplary, consistently habituation, or insert the explanation of the values to the subject matter.

The existence of Citizenship Education in the face of the development of the Industrial Revolution 4.0 era is very much in line with the current digital era, namely digital citizenship based on 21st-century skills which all lead to strengthening Pancasila and the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia in the actions and behavior of students. The purpose of this research is to provide an overview and describe the learning model of citizenship education in the digital era and to foster a skill-based understanding of student learning literacy in the 21st century. The method used is a descriptive qualitative approach and data collection techniques using literature studies. The implication of this research is to form and have an impact on changing the competency demands of students in the 4.0 era that must be owned by the output and process of learning education, especially Citizenship Education.
