The research method applied in writing this paper is normative or doctrinal legal research that specifically examines the sources of legal materials, as well as non-legal materials that are relevant to the theme and framework of the research carried out. The purpose of this research itself is to obtain a more ideal and coherent concept with democracy and the principle of constitutionalism in terms of the mechanism for forming the composition of the composition of the field commission membership in the DPR institution.
