This study aimed to examine the direct and indirect effects of transformational leadership and organizational culture on teacher performance through job satisfaction among public elementary school teachers in Kapuas Murung District, Kapuas Regency. A quantitative research design was employed, involving 136 teachers selected from a population of 207 through proportional random sampling. Data were collected using questionnaires and analyzed using path analysis with SPSS. The findings revealed that transformational leadership, organizational culture, and job satisfaction each had a positive and significant effect on teacher performance. In addition, transformational leadership and organizational culture positively influenced teachers’ job satisfaction. The mediation analysis further demonstrated that job satisfaction played a significant intervening role in strengthening the effects of transformational leadership and organizational culture on teacher performance, indicating that satisfied teachers are more likely to translate positive leadership practices and organizational conditions into improved performance. These findings highlight the importance of fostering transformational leadership, cultivating a supportive organizational culture, and enhancing teachers’ job satisfaction as strategic efforts to improve teacher performance
