As an Islamic educational institution dedicated to cultivating community leaders, the Sunan Drajat Islamic Boarding School faces the challenge of low self-confidence among some students when speaking in public—whether during muhadharah (public speaking practice sessions), sermons, or organizational forums. This community service initiative aims to support students in enhancing their public speaking skills through a Participatory Action Research approach, which actively involves them in every stage of the program. The implementation process comprises needs assessment, intensive training, guided practice, and collaborative evaluation. The curriculum covers vocal techniques, body language, speech drafting, and anxiety management. Data were gathered through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation throughout the support process. The results demonstrate improvements in the students' self-confidence, articulation clarity, and willingness to perform in public following the program. Furthermore, the students exhibited a more proactive attitude in boarding school activities that require public speaking skills.
