<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the obstacles and difficulties encountered in implementing the E-Court system in civil case proceedings and the efforts undertaken to overcome these problems at the Sumber Class IA Religious Court. This study employed a qualitative method with an empirical juridical approach. The research was conducted during the Field Experience Practice from July 22 to August 21, 2026. Primary data were obtained through semi-structured interviews, direct observation of E-Court services at the Integrated One-Stop Service (PTSP) and courtroom proceedings, as well as document studies involving performance reports and electronic case statistics. Secondary data were obtained from primary, secondary, and tertiary legal materials. Data were analyzed descriptively and qualitatively, with conclusions drawn deductively. The results indicate that the implementation of E-Court has supported the digitalization of court administration and proceedings, but several obstacles remain, including users’ limited digital literacy, network and electronic system disruptions, inadequate supporting facilities, and uneven readiness among litigating parties. Efforts to overcome these obstacles include strengthening PTSP services and user assistance, disseminating information on E-Court procedures, improving the competence of court personnel, strengthening technological infrastructure, and enhancing coordination in addressing system disruptions. Sustainable improvement is required to ensure that judicial digitalization continues to facilitate public access to court services.]]>
