This study uses a literature review method by reviewing scientific sources such as books, articles, journals, and relevant research reports. The analysis was conducted using a descriptive-analytical approach to identify patterns, ideas, and strategies implemented by teachers in integrating character values ??and digital literacy. The results show that teachers with strong digital competence and personal integrity can create a positive influence through educational content, digital role models, and ethical communication. The implications of this study emphasize the importance of improving teachers' digital literacy, supporting educational policies, and ongoing professional training to build a digital learning ecosystem that is characterized, adaptive, and responsive to contemporary challenges.
