<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the management of the Package B equivalency education program at the Nonformal Education Unit (SPNF) Learning Activity Center (SKB) Region I of South Central Timor Regency. This study employed a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. Data collection techniques were conducted through observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The research informants consisted of the Head of SPNF SKB, two tutors, two learning facilitators, and five learners. Data analysis techniques included data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The validity of the data was tested through source triangulation and technique triangulation. The results showed that the management of the Package B equivalency education program had been implemented through several stages. Planning was carried out by identifying learners’ needs, establishing program objectives, and arranging flexible learning schedules. Organizing was implemented through a clear division of tasks and responsibilities among the head of the institution, learning facilitators, tutors, and administrative staff. Mobilization was carried out through guidance, motivation, and assistance to learners. Evaluation covered the learning process, learning outcomes, and tutor performance. Program development was carried out through improvements to the learning system, innovations in learning methods and media, and refinement of subsequent program planning. Thus, the management of the Package B equivalency education program has been implemented continuously.]]>
