<![CDATA[The development of innovative learning media is important in improving the quality of Islamic religious education in the digital era. This research aims to examine and develop artificial intelligence (AI)-based learning media in the context of Islamic religious education. The use of AI in Islamic religious education offers various advantages, including personalization of learning, increased student-teacher interaction, and wider accessibility of learning materials. The research method used is a qualitative approach with descriptive analysis techniques. Data were collected through interviews with Islamic education experts, educational technology practitioners, and direct observation of the implementation of AI-based learning media. The results showed that AI-based learning media can improve students' understanding of teaching materials, facilitate more interactive teaching, and provide more effective feedback to students. In addition, the integration of AI in Islamic learning also presents challenges such as the need for adequate technological infrastructure and teacher training in the use of the technology. This study concludes that the development of AI-based learning media is a strategic step in improving the quality of Islamic religious education, provided there is comprehensive support from various related parties.]]>
