Goat farming contributes to the community's economy, but its waste management is not yet optimal, posing a potential environmental pollution risk. The utilization of waste as an environmentally friendly fertilizer is needed to reduce dependence on chemical fertilizers in Pandansari Village, Ajibarang District. This program uses the Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD) approach by utilizing local assets, involving active participation from farmer groups, and receiving support from village institutions such as BUMDes and the local government. The implementation method includes four stages: asset identification (discovery), planning (define), production implementation (destiny), and monitoring and evaluation. The results show the successful production of high-quality bokashi with a fermentation temperature reaching 52°C and an organic carbon content of 18.5%, as well as an increase in the technical capacity of the community. This program is capable of reducing livestock waste pollution, creating economic added value, supporting organic farming, and strengthening integrated farming systems based on the circular economy at the village level.
