<![CDATA[This study is motivated by the suboptimal management of Green Open Spaces in Taliwang District, particularly regarding collaboration between the Environmental Agency of West Sumbawa Regency and the community. This study aims to analyze collaboration and identify the collaborative model applied in Green Open Space management. A descriptive qualitative method was employed, with data collected through interviews, observation, and documentation. Based on the Collaborative Governance framework of Ansell and Gash (2007), the findings indicate that the starting conditions are characterized by disparities in authority, resources, and participation; institutional design lacks formal mechanisms for community involvement; facilitative leadership has encouraged participation in direct activities but not in planning and decision-making; and the collaborative process remains incidental despite the development of trust and shared goals. Based on Slamet's participation framework (1993, as cited in Gunawan & Subadi, 2021), the community has not been involved in the planning stage, while participation is more evident in the implementation stage through community mutual assistance activities and in the utilization stage of Green Open Spaces. The collaborative model demonstrates a top-down pattern, with community participation categorized as tokenism, particularly at the consultation level. This study recommends establishing a structured collaborative mechanism and increasing community involvement in planning, decision-making, and evaluation to achieve more participatory and sustainable Green Open Space management.]]>
