<![CDATA[This study aims to describe the collaborative strategy between the kalurahan government and the communication forum of micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in empowering business actors in Kalurahan Condongcatur, Kapanewon Depok. A descriptive qualitative method was used, with data collected through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and documentation, then analyzed through data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The results indicate that collaboration between the kalurahan government and the communication forum has run reasonably well, marked by regular face-to-face dialogue through routine meetings, mutual trust built gradually between the parties, sustained commitment shown through policies on using local products and annual monitoring and evaluation, shared understanding fostered through training and technical guidance, and tangible outcomes such as partnerships with external parties and free facilitation of business legality. Nevertheless, several obstacles were identified, including limited human resource management among business actors, budget cuts, suboptimal collaboration with the kalurahan-owned enterprise, weak marketing management, limited capital, and occasional miscommunication among forum administrators. This study concludes that collaboration between the kalurahan government and the communication forum forms an important foundation for sustaining and developing micro, small, and medium enterprises at the local level, although further strengthening is still needed to achieve more optimal outcomes.]]>
