This study employs a qualitative descriptive approach, providing a comprehensive analysis based on data gathered through observations, interviews, and documentation. The findings indicate that program communication operates effectively through socialization, regular Family Capacity Building Meetings (P2K2), and online platforms, despite uneven community participation. Human resources and facilities are deemed adequate, with facilitators actively providing education and continuous monitoring. The disposition of both implementers and beneficiaries is generally positive, although some Beneficiary Families (KPM) remain reluctant to undergo independent graduation. The bureaucratic structure functions in accordance with existing regulations and effectively supports coordination among relevant stakeholders. Overall, the Family Hope Program (PKH) in Kenagarian Situjuah Gadang has yielded a positive impact on improving access to education, healthcare, and the general welfare of the beneficiaries. However, there is a need to enhance awareness regarding independent graduation and to optimize attendance during socialization sessions.
