The rapid development of digital technology has significantly transformed students’ patterns of communication, access to information, and social behavior, while also creating new challenges for maintaining morality in higher education. This study aims to analyze the internalization of Islamic Religious Education values in preserving students’ morality in the digital era, identify the main values involved, and explain how these values are actualized in digital life. The study employs a library research method by examining relevant books, journal articles, previous studies, and other scholarly sources related to Islamic Religious Education, student morality, value internalization, and digital life. The data were analyzed descriptively and analytically through identification, classification, comparison, interpretation, and synthesis of findings drawn from the literature. The results indicate that honesty, responsibility, self-control, politeness, and religious awareness are essential values for maintaining students’ morality in digital environments. The internalization of these values cannot rely solely on the transmission of religious knowledge but should be strengthened through role modeling, habituation, reflection, and the practical application of values in students’ everyday experiences. The study concludes that the effectiveness of Islamic Religious Education in preserving students’ morality depends on its ability to transform religious knowledge into moral awareness and consistent behavior. This research contributes to the field by offering a contextual conceptual understanding of value internalization that is responsive to the moral challenges faced by students in the digital era.
