<![CDATA[Strengthening the pedagogical competence of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) teachers is essential in responding to 21st-century learning demands that emphasize meaningful, humanistic, and participatory instruction. This article aims to describe the implementation and analyze the contribution of a workshop on Hypnoteaching, Deep Learning, and Effective Communication to improving the pedagogical competence of PAI teachers in Sukabumi Regency. The program was conducted through an educative-participatory approach in the form of a workshop involving 410 PAI teachers from the local Education Office and the Ministry of Religious Affairs. Data were collected through participant observation, documentation, discussions, reflections, and feedback during the workshop. The findings show that the workshop strengthened teachers’ pedagogical insight, particularly in developing more humanistic, meaningful, communicative, and student-centered learning. Hypnoteaching enhanced teachers’ ability to build emotional rapport and learning motivation, deep learning broadened the orientation toward meaningful instruction, while effective communication improved the quality of classroom interaction. This program has the potential to become a collaborative and sustainable model for strengthening PAI teachers’ pedagogical competence.]]>
