This study aims to explain the role of Organizational Culture and Compensation in Improving Employee Performance at PT Busanaremaja Agracipta. These two factors significantly influence employee productivity, motivation, and work quality in achieving company goals. This study used a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Data collection was conducted through observation, interviews, and documentation with eight informants from various company divisions. The results indicate that organizational culture at PT Busanaremaja Agracipta Yogyakarta is implemented quite effectively through morning exercise, work chants, best employee awards, and community activities that have been proven to increase work enthusiasm, discipline, and cooperation. Furthermore, payments in the form of salaries, bonuses, incentives, allowances, and holiday bonuses (THR) are considered effective in motivating employees. However, there are challenges such as excessive workloads, imbalances in supervisory overtime, and the need for equitable training. Overall, a strong organizational culture and fair compensation contribute positively to improved employee performance.
