<![CDATA[Biopharmaceutical systems have deficiencies in solubility properties in gastrointestinal lumen fluids. Deficiencies in the main biopharmaceutical can reduce the rate and amount of absorbed doses in oral dosage forms. Ciprofloxacin is one of the drugs included in biopharmaceutical class 3. This study formulated ciprofloxacin into nanogel preparations with different concentrations of 0.3%, 0.4%, and 0.5%. The study conducted evaluation tests including particle size tests, polydispersity index, and physical properties tests (organoleptic, viscosity, homogeneity, pH tests). The results of this tests showed that the particle size test has a size ofapproximately 403,9 nm – 529,2 nm (qualified) poliydispersity index had a value at F1, F2 of 0,5 (qualified) at F3 0,7 (not qualified) and the physical properties test (organoleptic, viscosity, homogeneity) qualified, the pH test showed the results of the pH value in the range of 4.55 - 5.5 (qualified).]]>
