<![CDATA[Penyimpanan obat emergency merupakan salah satu aspek penting dalam pengelolaan sediaan farmasi karena berpengaruh terhadap mutu obat, ketersediaan obat, serta kelancaran pelayanan kesehatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi sistem penyimpanan obat emergency di Instalasi Farmasi Provinsi Gorontalo berdasarkan standar Cara Distribusi Obat yang Baik (CDOB), serta mengetahui tingkat ketersediaan obat emergency yang ada. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif evaluatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan observasional. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi menggunakan lembar checklist berdasarkan indikator CDOB, dokumentasi, dan wawancara dengan petugas yang bertanggung jawab terhadap pengelolaan obat. Data dianalisis secara deskriptif dengan menghitung persentase kesesuaian setiap indikator. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem penyimpanan obat emergency di Instalasi Farmasi Provinsi Gorontalo telah sesuai dengan standar CDOB dengan tingkat kesesuaian 87,5% dan berada pada kategori sangat baik. Namun demikian, ketersediaan obat emergency hanya 26,31% sehingga tergolong kurang, yang dipengaruhi oleh fungsi instalasi sebagai buffer stock. Oleh karena itu, perlu dilakukan evaluasi dan koordinasi yang berkelanjutan dalam pengelolaan persediaan obat sesuai fungsi Instalasi Farmasi Provinsi. ABSTRACT Emergency drug storage is one of the important aspects of pharmaceutical management because it affects drug quality, drug availability, and the smoothness of health services. This study aims to evaluate the emergency drug storage system at the Gorontalo Provincial Pharmacy Installation based on Good Distribution Practice (CDOB) standards, and to determine the level of availability of emergency drugs. This study used a descriptive-evaluative method with a quantitative and observational approach. Data were collected through observation using a checklist sheet based on CDOB indicators, documentation, and interviews with the officer responsible for drug management. Data were analyzed descriptively by calculating the percentage of conformity of each indicator. The results showed that the emergency drug storage system at the Gorontalo Provincial Pharmacy Installation complied with CDOB standards with a conformity level of 87.5%, categorized as very good. However, the availability of emergency drugs was only 26.31%, categorized as poor, which was influenced by the installation function as a buffer stock.
