<![CDATA[The purpose of this research is to find out the management of the mosque's social function carried out by the takmir at the Jami Lasem Mosque, Rembang Regency. Using a qualitative approach, data were collected through interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis was conducted using the interactive model of Miles and Huberman. The findings show that the takmir has successfully implemented the mosque’s social functions effectively and optimally. Resources are managed efficiently, community and congregational participation has increased, and positive impacts are seen in the social, humanitarian, and spiritual aspects of the surrounding society. In addition to serving as a place of worship, the mosque functions as a center for community-based social activities. The management provides adequate facilities and creates a safe and comfortable environment for worshippers. The mosque plays a significant role in the lives of local residents, serving as a hub for religious, social, and humanitarian empowerment in the Lasem area. ]]>
