<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze President Prabowo Subianto's speech at the 79th National Cooperative Day commemoration in 2026 using Teun A. van Dijk's model. A descriptive qualitative approach was applied to examine three dimensions of discourse: text, cognition, and social context. The results show that on the textual dimension, the speech constructs cooperatives as the pillar of a populist economy through the macro theme of critiquing neoliberalism and legitimizing the Koperasi Merah Putih program, employing microstructural strategies such as ideological lexicon, collective pronouns, metaphors, and repetition. On the social cognition dimension, the discourse is produced from the speaker's personal experience in the cooperative movement and anti-neoliberal beliefs. The social context dimension of the speech represents structural inequality and legitimizes state intervention through integrated village cooperative societies. This speech functions as a political discourse practice that produces the ideology of economic nationalism for the people while simultaneously building the legitimacy of power]]>
