This study aims to determine the effect of the Project Based Learning (PjBL) model on the creativity of elementary school students at SDN Karanganyar. The background of this study is based on the dominance of conventional learning methods that have not fully encouraged active participation and student creativity. The implementation of PjBL is expected to optimize students' creativity through active involvement in contextual and meaningful learning activities. This research uses a quantitative approach with a pre-experimental one group pretest-posttest design. The sample consisted of 30 fourth-grade students at SDN Karanganyar who received treatment using the Project Based Learning model. Data were collected through a questionnaire consisting of 9 items based on creativity indicators and analyzed using a paired sample t-test. The results showed an increase in the average creativity score from 18.37 in the pretest to 33.87 in the posttest. Although the correlation test showed no significant relationship between pretest and posttest scores (sig. 0.287 > 0.05), the paired sample t-test showed a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. Therefore, the Project Based Learning model has a significant effect on improving students' learning creativity.
