The rapid expansion of digital financial services has increased students’ access to financial transactions, yet previous studies have reported inconsistent findings regarding the roles of digital financial literacy and financial technology in shaping personal financial management behavior. This study investigates the effects of digital financial literacy and financial technology on the personal financial management behavior of Accounting Education students at Universitas Negeri Semarang. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected from 145 students of the 2022 cohort through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The findings reveal that both digital financial literacy and financial technology positively and significantly influence personal financial management behavior, with digital financial literacy exerting the stronger effect. Together, these variables explain 28% of the variance in financial management behavior, while the remaining 72% is attributed to factors beyond the research model. The results highlight the importance of strengthening digital financial literacy and promoting responsible financial technology use to enhance students’ financial management behavior.
