Non communicable diseases, such as hypertension and gout, posed a major health challenge for the elderly in Sibowi Village due to low health literacy and unsupportive lifestyles. This community service project aimed to implement a combination of health screening, healthy lifestyle education, and senior gymnastics to control both conditions. The implementation method involved forty elderly participants through the stages of preparation, integrated intervention delivery, and questionnaire based evaluation. The results of the activity show a significant increase in the average knowledge score of the elderly, rising from 56.7% in the pre-test to 93.8% in the post-test. This success is supported by the use of a combination of interactive educational methods and specially designed, elderly friendly leaflets. In conclusion, this integrated intervention program is effective in increasing the understanding and enthusiasm of the elderly in detecting and managing their health independently in rural areas.
