Purpose: This study examines the effects of employee creativity and innovation on organizational performance in manufacturing companies in Bogor Regency during the Industry 4.0 era. It hypothesizes that employee creativity and innovation positively affect organizational performance, both individually and simultaneously. Research Method: A quantitative survey design was employed. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to employees in the manufacturing sector in Bogor Regency. Multiple linear regression analysis was applied to test the individual and simultaneous effects of employee creativity and innovation on organizational performance. Results and Discussion: The findings indicate that employee creativity positively affects organizational performance. Employee innovation also has a positive effect, suggesting that employees’ ability to develop and implement new ideas enhances organizational effectiveness and goal achievement. Simultaneously, creativity and innovation significantly contribute to organizational performance. Implications: Manufacturing companies should foster supportive work environments, provide opportunities for innovation, and strengthen employee competencies aligned with technological developments. Originality: This study provides empirical evidence on the combined role of employee creativity and innovation in enhancing organizational performance in manufacturing within the Industry 4.0 context in Bogor Regency.
