This study aims to analyze the impact of work-life balance and working conditions on employee job satisfaction at the Human Resources Bureau and the Human Resources Development Center of the Ministry of Population and Family Development/BKKBN. This study applies a quantitative approach using a survey method by distributing questionnaires to 120 employees as participants. The data analysis method applied is Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) to test the validity of the measurement model and the structural relationships between the variables in the study. The research findings indicate that work-life balance and working conditions have a positive and significant impact on employee job satisfaction. This indicates that creating a good balance between work and personal life, as well as improving the quality of a supportive work environment, are important factors contributing to employee job satisfaction.
