<![CDATA[Conventional village governance and manual document management often result in delayed public services, physical file deterioration, and restricted public transparency. This community empowerment initiative aimed to develop an interactive web profile and digital mail archiving system for Petir Village using the Laravel framework. The development adopted a Design and Development approach structured via the Prototype model and UML diagrams. The intervention delivered a centralized digital platform that broadens community access to village information while facilitating administrative staff in automating incoming and outgoing correspondence. The implementation successfully enhanced bureaucratic productivity, reinforced archival data security, and improved the quality of public administration.]]>
