Abstract

Khitan atau sunatan sudah sangat familier dan biasa kita dengar. Dibeberapa tempat, acara khitanan anak anak bahkan dijadikan acara hajatan. Namun kegiatan yang dilakukan oleh kelompok 46 merupakan kegiatan pengabdian berupa interaksi social masyarakat. Tujuan dari penulisan ini untuk penyampaian informasi tentang kegiatan Kuliah Kerja Mahasiswa (KKM) Kelompok 46 di desa Banjarsari kecamatan Warung Gunung kabupaten Lebak, dari beberapa program kegiatan, KKM Kelompok 46 melaksanakan program pokok yaitu kegiatan Khitan Massal yang meliputi (1) partisipasi masyarakat dalam kegiatan dan langkah evaluasi terhadap pelaksanaan program dan (2) capaian program kerja dan dampak kegiatan bagi masyarakat khususnya dampak manfaat bagi masyarakat desa Banjarsari. Dalam pelaksanaan Kuliah Kerja Mahasiswa (KKM) STIE Bina Bangsa tahun 2017 oleh kelompok 46 menggunakan  metode Participatory Rural  Appraisal (PRA) dan metode pendekatan social kemasyarakatan. Pelaksanaan kegiatan Khitan Massal ini, diikuti oleh 10 (sepuluh) anak dari keluarga yang kurang mampu perwakilan setiap RT, yang berada di desa Banjarsari, dan berjalan lancar dari awal sampai akhir pelaksanaannya

Abstract

Seorang anak pada permulaan hidupnya sampai umur tertentu memerlukan orang lain dalam kehidupannya, baik dalam pengembangan fisiknya, maupun dalm pembentukan akhlaknya. Seseorang yang melakukan tugas hadanah sangat berperan dalam hal tersebut. Oleh sebab itu masalah hadanah mendapat perhatian khusus dalam ajaran Islam. Di atas pundak orangtuanyalah terletak kewajiban untuk melakukan tugas tersebut. Bilamana kedua orangtuanya tidak dapat atau tidak layak untuk tugas itu disebabkan tidak mencukupi syarat-syarat yang diperlukan menurut pandangan Islam, maka hendaklah dicarikan pengasuh yang mencukupi syarat-syaratnya.

Abstract

Penyerangan terhadap nama baik seseorang dalam bentuk pencemaran nama baik, telah menimbulkan kerugian, baik material maupun immaterial bagi pihak yang nama baiknya dicemarkan. Pencemaran nama baik dalam persfektif hukum pidana diatur di dalam pasal 310 Kitab Undang-Undang Hukum Pidana (KUHP) yang secara spesifik menjelaskan tentang apa itu pencemaran nama baik, dan juga dalam Pasal 27 ayat (3) dan Pasal 45 ayat (1) Undang-Undang Informasi dan Transaksi Elektronik. Sebagai penelitian yuridis normatif, penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan perundang-undangan. Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh simpulan bahwa: pertama, pencemaran nama baik menurut KUHP yaitu pasal 130, terdiri dari pencemaran yang dilakukan secara lisan dan tulisan dengan unsur-unsur delik yaitu harus dilakukan dengan sengaja, menuduh suatu hal, supaya diketahui umum; kedua, Penafsiran Pasal 27 ayat (3) UU ITE harus merujuk pada pasalpasal penghinaan dalam KUHP. Dengan unsur-unsur delik yaitu dengan sengaja, tanpa hak mendistribusikan dan/atau mentransmisikan dan/atau membuat dapat diaksesnya informasi elektronik dan/atau dokumen elektronik yang bermuatan penghinaan dan/atau pencemaran nama baik

Abstract

In the environmental management system, it is known that the State has power over natural resources. This principle means that the State through the government is authorized to regulate, control and develop all matters relating to environmental management. Article 8 paragraphs (1) and (2) of the Environmental Management Act. The purpose of the research is the protection and management of the environment to determine the State's responsibility in law enforcement against violations of the environment and nature. This research is a normative juridical research with a statutory approach and a case approach. This research uses secondary data, which consists of secondary legal materials and tertiary legal materials. From the results of the study, it was concluded that the certainty of law enforcement is the government's responsibility for environmental and natural violations

Abstract

Legislation has a strategic role in the state of Indonesia, which is a state of law in running a country for the protection of human rights based on law. This is the basis of the state as well as a strategy to achieve the objectives as set out in the constitution. In the amendments to the Constitution, the two state institutions, namely the Supreme Court and the Constitutional Court, expressly authorizes the judicial review of legislation. In formulating the problem, it is to find out how the juridical review of the judicial review of the Regulation of the Minister of Law and Human Rights number 1 of 2018 concerning paralegals and how to consider the Supreme Court's decision on paralegals based on the decision Number 22 P / HUM / 2018. To find out the considerations in the decision of the Supreme Court Number 22 P/HUM/2018, this study aims to find out the regulation of the Minister of Law and Human Rights number 1 of 2018 concerning paralegals against law number 18 of 2003 regarding advocates. The method used in this research is the study research method, which is a study or study of a problem that has a specific nature, which can be carried out with quantitative or qualitative approaches based on individual goals. This research uses data tools in the form of document studies or library materials that are closely related to research. While the method used is a qualitative approach where this approach produces normative juridical legal writing research. The results of this study indicate that there are similarities in reasons as the basis for the cancellation of the Permenkumham. The Supreme Court has the authority to cancel the Regulation of the Minister of Law and Human Rights. However, the practice of canceling the Regulation of the Minister of Law and Human Rights is contrary to the Decree of the Minister of Home Affairs with the Act and the presidential government system

Abstract

Land registration is a form of land administration regulated in the Basic Agrarian Law (UUPA). As stated in the UUPA, land registration must be carried out because the purpose of land registration is very beneficial for land rights holders. However, there are still individuals who have not completed the land registration process in Sinarmukti Village. This is an unorganized form of land administration. Many factors cause the absence of orderly land administration, one of which is the lack of public understanding of agrarian laws and regulations, especially regarding land registration which is one component of land administration. Many problems may arise if land registration is not carried out; for example, a common problem in Indonesia is disagreement (land disputes). Land disputes continue to occur; one of the causes is the irregularity of land administration in the past. This problem can happen anywhere and can appear in the Sinarmukti Village community. Therefore, agricultural law counseling activities are carried out to increase public understanding of agrarian law, especially the orderly land administration with land registration. These activities are carried out through the use of an online seminar system or webinars. The general public can follow the guidelines from the webinars so that the public becomes aware and knows about land administration

Abstract

Mitra dalam Program Kemitraan Masyarakat Stimulus (PKMS) ini adalah Pemerintah Desa Pejaten dan pengelola Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes) "Sukses Bersama" Desa PejatenKecamatan Kramatwatu Kabupaten Serang, Provinsi Banten. Tujuan kegiatan Pengabdian pada Masyarakat Program Kemitraan Masyarakat Stimulus (PKMS) ini adalah (1), Untuk pendampingan hukum berkaitan dengan legalitas hukum BUMDes dan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman hukum, (2) Untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan mitra dalam pengelolaan manajemen usaha dan keuangan usaha yang baik dan benar melalui penerapan Ipteks, dan (3) Untuk meningkatkan peran BUMDes dalam pemberdayaan ekonomi masyarakat, sehingga kesejahteraan masyarakat turut meningkat. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut tim pengabdi menyusun rencana kegiatan yang meliputi 4 (empat) tahap, yaitu tahap 1 analisis situasi dan kondisi mitra, tahap 2 persiapan dan transfer Ipteks, tahap 3 pelatihan dan pendampingan dan tahap 4 evaluasi dan keberlanjutan program. Dengan menggunakan metode kronologis, pelaksanaan kegiatan ini menghasilkan peningkatan Pengetahuan dan Pemahaman Hukum, peningkatan Pengetahuan dan Keterampilan mitra tentang pengelolaan Manajemen dan Keuangan BUMDes sebesar 83,33%.

Abstract

The development of the world in the modern era is increasingly widespread economic activity by utilizing the Internet as a medium of communication in electronic commerce or e-commerce as a medium of transaction. Every consumer according to Article 4 letter c of the Consumer Protection Act has the right to correct, clear and honest information. So information is an important thing for consumers, if the information is not conveyed correctly it is a violation by business actors against consumers. This research method is research using a statutory approach and a conceptual approach. Data collection techniques were carried out by means of literature studies and interviews. The primary data used is interviews with consumers who have experienced losses in online buying and selling transactions, while the secondary data used is Law Number 8 of 1999 concerning Consumer Protection, Law Number 11 of 2008 and the Civil Code. Based on the results of the research, referring to article 4, article 7 of the Consumer Protection Act and article 9 of Law Number 11 of 2008 concerning Information and Electronic Transactions that the granting of the right to information for consumers is an important element in consumer rights. Thus, legal protection of the right to consumer information has not been able to work properly because business actors are still ignoring their obligations and the lack of concern for business actors which results in non-fulfillment of guarantees for consumer rights

Abstract

Woven clothes, key chain crafts, traditional Baduy clothes, romal, bebed, shawls, sides, sarongs, bags, nyiruan honey, odeng honey, palm sugar, powdered palm sugar, scarves, bamboo teapots and glasses, machetes, t-shirts and much more again original Baduy handicrafts. Baduy handicrafts are creative works of local wisdom of the Baduy people and boost the economy of the Baduy tribe, usually made by women who have known weaving from the time of their ancestors. Generally, when they are teenagers, mothers in Baduy teach their children to learn to weave, to produce 1 piece of woven cloth that takes 2 months. Many tourists who visit Baduy complain when they buy Baduy souvenirs but don't bring a lot of money because they still don't accept digital payments and end up failing to buy Baduy souvenirs. On Sunday, June 11, PKM FISIP Bina Bangsa University, which was attended by 50 Communication Science students and accompanied by 5 Lecturers with the aim of providing socialization and service to the Baduy community about the importance of digital payments in the modernization era

Abstract

Bank Indonesia is a state institution authorized to issue legal instruments of payment (rupiah currency). In order to maintain rupiah stability in the payment system sector, in 2022 Bank Indonesia will seek to disseminate information about love, pride and understanding of the rupiah to all elements of society. Rupiah currency must be cared for and cared for in 5 ways, namely: May not be folded, May not be scribbled on, May not be clamped, May not be wrinkled, and May not be wetted. This writing method uses normative juridical by using 2 conceptual approaches, namely the statutory approach or also known as the "Statute Approach" and the conceptual approach or often used with the term "Conceptual Approach". The Rupiah currency is a symbol of state sovereignty that every Indonesian citizen must respect and be proud of and the rupiah currency also aims to realize social welfare as mandated in the 5th Precept of the Pancasila. A sense of love for the rupiah will grow if people can recognize, protect and care for the rupiah. Proud of the Rupiah is a manifestation of the use of the rupiah as a form of nationalism contained in the 4th precept.
