This community service activity uses a pre-experimental approach with a one-group pretest-posttest design to evaluate changes in self-competence and the ability to implement safe and clean childbirth services after participating in the Mentoring program. After the implementation of mentoring, there was a change in knowledge improvement. Participants with high-category knowledge increased from 20 people (66.0%) to 30 people (100.0%), or an increase of 34%. The medium category also decreased from 10 people (33.0%) to 0 people (0.0%). Before mentoring, 18 participants (60%) were in the competent category, while after mentoring it increased to 100 participants (100%). The change shows a shift in participants from the medium category to the high category. The results show that the mentoring activities carried out are able to increase the capacity of participants in understanding and implementing clean and safe childbirth services.
