The performance and sustainability of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are closely related to how effectively they manage their human resources. However, many MSME actors in Garut, however, continue to experience difficulties in organizing employees, assigning responsibilities, improving communication, developing skills, and maintaining work motivation. This community service program was designed to address these challenges by strengthening participants’ knowledge and practical abilities in human resource management. The activities were delivered through presentations, practical training, interactive discussions, experience-sharing sessions, and question-and-answer sessions. Following the program, participants demonstrated improved awareness of effective workforce organization, appropriate task allocation, communication, employee development, and the contribution of motivation to work discipline and responsibility. The program also provided practical knowledge that participants could apply within their businesses. Overall, the activity demonstrates that strengthening HR management and employee motivation can contribute to more productive and competitive MSMEs.
