This study aims to analyze the influence of Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) and competency on the performance of Generation Z employees in Bima City. The study ussed a quantitative approach with an associative research type on 100 respondents selected through a stratified random sampling technique. Data were collected using a questionnaire and analyzed using multiple linear regression using SPSS. The results showed that OCB and competency had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, both partially and simultaneously. This finding indicates that Generation Z employees who have voluntary behavior in helping coworkers, show concern for the organization, and are able to work beyond their formal duties tend to have better performance. In addition, competency which includes knowledge, skills, and work abilities has been proven to be an important factor in supporting work effectiveness and productivity. Together, both variables provide a strong contribution in explaining variations in employee performance. The implications of this study indicate that organizations need to develop competency improvement programs while building a work culture that encourages OCB behavior so that the performance of Generation Z employees can improve sustainably and support the achievement of organizational goals.
