<![CDATA[Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play an important role in driving economic growth and maintaining the stability of Indonesia's economy, particularly through the two-wheeled vehicle rental service sector, which contributes to meeting the public's transportation needs. One business operating in this sector is Rental Motor Kukusan, located in Depok City. However, the booking and data management processes at this business are still carried out manually, which potentially leads to operational inefficiency and hinders service delivery to customers. This study aims to design and develop a Website-based motorcycle rental application using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method. Data were collected through observation, interviews using the 5W+1H approach, and a literature review. The developed system covers vehicle data management, customer data management, booking, rental approval, rental status monitoring, and financial administration. System testing was conducted using Black Box Testing, the System Usability Scale (SUS), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). The test results show that all system features function as required, with a 100% success rate in Black Box Testing. The SUS test obtained a score of 78.65, which falls into the Good category, Grade B+, and is classified as Acceptable, while the UAT results yielded an average score of 4.6 out of 5, indicating a very high level of user acceptance. These findings indicate that the developed application is able to structure the data management and booking processes, improve operational efficiency, and make it easier for customers to obtain information and place orders online.]]>
