Abstrak Sistem absensi guru konvensional di lembaga pendidikan masih menghadapi berbagai kendala, seperti manipulasi data, pelaporan administratif yang tidak efisien, minimnya pemantauan waktu nyata, serta belum adanya validasi spasial untuk memastikan kehadiran fisik guru. Meskipun QR Code telah digunakan pada sistem absensi digital, sebagian besar belum mengintegrasikan validasi lokasi pengguna. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan dan mengevaluasi sistem absensi guru berbasis web yang mengintegrasikan autentikasi QR Code, geolokasi, dan klasifikasi berbasis aturan di SMK Plus Khoiriyah Hasyim Tebuireng Jombang. Pengembangan sistem menggunakan metode Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) dengan tahapan perencanaan, analisis, desain, implementasi, pengujian, dan pemeliharaan. Sistem dibangun menggunakan PHP, CodeIgniter, dan MySQL. Validasi lokasi dilakukan menggunakan Rumus Haversine dengan radius geofencing 50 meter, sedangkan klasifikasi berbasis aturan (IF–THEN) digunakan untuk menentukan status kehadiran menjadi tepat waktu, terlambat, atau absen sesuai kebijakan sekolah. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, dan pengujian GPS pada berbagai skenario kehadiran. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan akurasi validasi geolokasi sebesar 95% dan akurasi fungsional klasifikasi berbasis aturan sebesar 100% pada 15 skenario pengujian Black-Box. Sistem yang diusulkan meningkatkan keandalan absensi, transparansi administrasi, efisiensi pelaporan, serta pemantauan kehadiran melalui validasi temporal dan spasial yang terintegrasi. Kata kunci: Geolokasi; Sistem Informasi; Kode QR; Klasifikasi Berbasis Aturan; Kehadiran Guru Abstract Conventional teacher attendance systems in educational institutions continue to face several operational challenges, including attendance data manipulation, inefficient administrative reporting, limited real-time monitoring, and the absence of spatial validation to verify teachers' physical presence during attendance recording. Although QR Code technology has been widely adopted for digital attendance systems, most existing implementations do not incorporate geographic location validation. Therefore, this study aims to develop and evaluate a web-based teacher attendance system integrating QR Code authentication, geolocation, and rule-based classification at SMK Plus Khoiriyah Hasyim Tebuireng Jombang. The system was developed using the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodology, encompassing the planning, requirements analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance phases. The application was built using PHP, the CodeIgniter framework, and MySQL. Geolocation validation was implemented using the Haversine formula to calculate the distance between teachers' GPS coordinates and the school location within a 50-meter geofencing radius. Furthermore, an IF–THEN rule-based classification was applied to automatically categorize attendance status as on time, late, or absent according to the institution's attendance policy. Data were collected through observations, interviews, documentation, and GPS experiments under various attendance scenarios. The evaluation results showed that the geolocation module achieved 95% spatial validation accuracy, while the rule-based classification mechanism attained 100% functional accuracy across 15 Black-Box testing scenarios. The proposed system improves attendance reliability, administrative transparency, reporting efficiency, and automated attendance monitoring through integrated temporal and spatial validation.
