Noise is one of the environmental pollution problems commonly found in industrial areas due to the continuous operation of production machinery. Excessive noise can negatively affect workers and surrounding communities by causing hearing impairment, sleep disturbances, stress, communication difficulties, and reduced comfort. This study aimed to analyze the noise levels at PT. Tonggak Ampuh and to model the spatial distribution of noise using noise modeling software. This study employed a descriptive quantitative approach, involving direct noise measurements using a Sound Level Meter (SLM) at five observation points during operational hours and interviews with 30 community respondents. The results showed that the highest average noise levels were recorded at Location 1 and Location 4, each measuring 78.33 dB(A), while the lowest level was found at Location 5 (Residential Area) with 55.56 dB(A). Noise distribution modeling indicated that noise intensity decreased with increasing distance from the production area. Interview results revealed that most respondents could still hear noise from factory operations, particularly during daytime operating hours, and some reported discomfort, headaches, and ringing in the ears.
